this may not sounds exactly like what you asked for. Would you consider this
alternative: one HTTPD instance to host those two sites as 'virtual hosts by
name'? Apache handles that pretty well. So does iPlanet Enterprise. This
way, you have only one httpd instance to handle, and can leave your working
iptables rules alone.
