[ale] Linksys wget and maybe perl

I hope I don't have to learn perl.
I have notice something though using Linksys routers. When you Login an make changes. You
click apply and the URL has all the info you just filled out.  I have tired to you wget
with the http-user and http password and the same URL. All I have managed to do it clear
the settings this way. I am not sure why.  I just think it would be cool to have scripted
cron to turn on and off ports during the day.  Would be handy later in my sons life to
control internet access too.
