I'm actually pondering a filter that you could subscribe to that will
_not_ deliver any message w/ H1B in the subject. That in as of itself
would cut down half the off topic crap on this list.
PS. Anyone have Charter's Business Cablemodem service? I'm needing a
static IP at home (and maybe a redundant backup for
room17/primeharbor/ale et'al), but I'm worried about reliability.
