I'm not familliar with Mac development, but I don't see any reason why
this couldn't be done.  I believe you can download the conduit SDK for
Mac from palm's web site, which should include some sample code.

You might also want to contact the pilot-link developers
(http://pilot-link.org).  I don't know if pilot-link is available for
os9 and below, but they can certainly help with some of the sync
details.  You could also look at J-Pilot's source code to see how it
syncs the datebook.
