[ale] APC UPS at Sams :P (1100VA for $118)

Sams is selling a 1100VA APC for $118, its serial.  Its a much better deal IMO...  ESP since there is no guarantee that the USB one will worek with Linux.  APC sends linux software with its UPS's...
