SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR / WEB DEVELOPER

Founded in 1997, AIS Media, Inc. is an established commercial Internet
services firm.  Our services include web hosting, web design, web
application development, Internet marketing and e-business consulting.  Our
global client base ranges from small businesses to Fortune 500 corporations.
We are presently seeking experienced and responsible Systems Administrators
/ Web Developers.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualified candidates must have a well-rounded technical background and a
minimum of 2+ years experience working in a web hosting environment and/or
developing web-based applications, databases and administering Unix servers.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

:: FreeBSD server systems administration
:: MySQL/PHP database development/administration
:: Resolving trouble tickets and technical support issues


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
-----------------------------
:: 2+ yrs. administrating FreeBSD / Linux systems
:: Configuration & maintenance of the SendMail, Apache web server, ProFTPd,
OpenSSH daemons in a shared virtual hosting environment
:: Ability to perform basic security protocol/procedures
:: 1+ yrs. coding & admin. PostGreSQL and MySQL server administration
:: 2+ yrs. DNS, SMTP, POP3, and HTTP admin.

REQUIRED SKLLLS: FreeBSD, MySQL, PHP
DESIRED SKILLS: Perl, Java, C/C++/C# and TCL/Tk are BIG plusses
