My neighboor came out all proud showing me her notebook with it's wireless
connection.  She got REAL scared when I started asking her if it was
secure.  She had a windows machine behind it with a share with no password
because "it's just for the machines in her house".  It's since been
secured.
When I drove to MA this xmas, I found all sorts of AP's.  Some with quite
interesting names like "Travis Airport" or "Allentown Bridge".
When I went to FL last summer, I took my daughter for a drive to get her
to fall asleep and once she did, pulled in a parking lot and checked my
e-mail courtesy of an open AP.
Mine is not!
