[ale] renaming the group

I've been busy and away for a while but I've read most of the posts in
catch up mode. I agree with Marvin that renaming is a bad idea and
having lot's of variety is a good idea. I think however many ALE's
there are meeting around the world, we are all of the same intention and
mindset of being interested in Linux and freedom. I've enjoyed all the
posts. Some were funny and some were not. But, I could tell everyone
is definitely wanting to be able to attend a meeting of some kind, just
preferably closer! I never get to come to the Emory meetings so the
meetings in the NW corner of Atlanta are a godsend for me. I am sure
others around the world feel the same way about having a meeting close.
I want to identify with the ALE group since beer and Linux go very very
well together. Anyway, I really wanted to get my two cents emailed
before this thread got too stale.

I'll post a question on ptal, hp, samba, linux, win98se, and irix in
another email.
