[ale] Chkconfig to reorganize S24pcmcia

Maybe I'm missing something obvious here...but since you moved it to S9,
wouldn't it be S09pcmcia?

Also, I normally don't prefix anything on the daemon for chkconfig, i.e.
chkconfig --levels 345 pcmcia on
