[ale] Eterm issues

hey im having trouble figuring out how to remove the file menu thing from
eterm and also when i set it to "tail" an access log or such it exits it
seems i cant get it to stay running, im using 0.9.2 Eterm, could anyone
give me some pointers? thanks
