[ale] crazy OT question: java ssh client?

So I don't know anything about java or J2ME, please heckle or throw
things.  I know people have tiny web servers and telnet clients for their
J2ME cell phones...anybody ever heard of an ssh client for a cell/pda?  It
would rock if I could connect to my machines from anywhere, if I get paged
on the road that something is down.

I have of course googled but I don't think I'm looking for the right
thing...I can't even find tetris for my phone, and I *know* that's got to
exist.
Any ideas?
