ACK Radio (http://www.ackradio.com/) in northern midtown has lots of
components.. not sure about exactly what you need, but you can always call
first.

I'm not sure if Delta Electronics is still around either...  couldn't find a
number for them

Too bad TechAmerica is gone... they didn't always have everything, but at
least they were there.

Does anyone know of any Atlanta area "Fry's" or Digi-key like stores?  I 
need some electronic components ASAP, and I'm not sure if I can get them 
from Digikey in time...

Specifically, I need a few PIC microprocessors, resistors and a 4Mhz 
Crystal.

Any leads are greatly appreciated,
