[ale] Setting up Wallpaper in fvwm

There's also the FvwmBacker module.  There are so many ways to
setup Fvwm, I wouldn't know where to start.  Hehe.  But you can
either use FvwmBacker or you can use another utility to throw an
image on the root window from something like your .fvwm-startup
files or what-have-you.  I generally have some read statements
in my .fvwm2rc that point to some various files to do stuff.

Wow, this is nostalgia alley, here.  I haven't thought about fvwm
in ages.  %-&
