[ale] sleep / screensaver mode RH9

Q: How do I access 'sleep mode' for the monitor, and hardrive in RH9?

WHAT HAPPENS:
After 10 minutes or so, the monitor will have dropped into screensaver
mode, and then at a further undetermined time, is unrecoverable. The
only way to get back is warm boot! Previous RH8 would return to desktop
after moving mouse.

How do I change this, please? TIA
