[ale] Seven Deadly Sins - PHP

My experiences have echoed what George Carless and JM Taylor wrote.
I have had poorly designed code, but I have not had the PHP be the first 
program/system to crash. This thread was started by a statement by Bob.

Bob, will you clarify why you were quoted saying "Don't *use* PHP?"
