[ale] F-Prot Check-updates help?

I re-installed F-Prot and am able to scan directories. I set up a cron job to
scan each user's /home directory (shared under Samba) and the
/mnt/windows/My\ Documents directory (also shared under Samba). I tested it,
and it appears to work (I didn't pop a virus on a Samba share to make SURE -
but some things I'd rather take for granted!).

The check-updates script is a Perl script, and I am missing some modules. When
installing F-Prot from RPM, I received errors on: socket and strict. Opening
up the check-updates script, the lines are:
   use strict;
   use IO::Socket;
   use IO::File;

How do I meet these dependencies? (I'm running Mandrake 9.1 if it makes a
difference).
