I've moved away from Red Hat of late. Mostly Mandrake 9.0 and lately
SuSE 8.1. As for Debian, I've given it one shot, and found the install
interface quite painful. As I've been using Linux since 1995, I'd
recommend either SuSE or Mandrake over Debian, because of your
(apparent) newness to Linux (1 year).
