Ditto for Nolo.  Also, the Graphic Artists Guild has a "Contract Monitor"
section ( http://www.GAG.org/contracts/ ) that you might find helpful.  And
last, but not least, Janet Ruhl, who literally wrote the book on computer
consulting, has a downloadable-for-dollars guide to consulting contracts,
at http://www.RealRates.com/downcon.htm . There's also a link from there
to info about her Computer Consultant's Workbook, which contains a copy of
the Independent Computer Consultants Association standard contract form.
I guess you could also get it from the ICCA, but $175/yr. for the
requisite membership dues ( http://www.ICCA.org/dues.asp ) may be a bit
steep.
