[ale] RH 8.0 won't recognize my NIC

They may be too new for use with a RH8 installation. Double check the
makers web site. If they have drivers for RH7, they may update those on
line. 

You may need to make a custom boot kernel for the installation and use
that kernel instead of the RH8 version.
