[ale] Bellsouth to Speakeasy?

Pardon me for jumping in as well, but I'm on Bellsouth and can reach any
box running smtp via port 25. If they were blocking outbound 25, I
wouldn't be able to telnet to other boxes' port 25, correct? I can.
