drwxr-xr-x+ 7 root root 73 Oct 22 15:02 home

What does the "+" on the end of the permissions data mean? lsattr
returns an error "lsattr: Inappropriate ioctl for device While reading
flags on //home"

It is an xfs type journaling file system.
