Yeah, but that's just because Oracle RAC (well, probably Oracle Parallel
Server at that time) wasn't available for Linux, and was for Solaris. You
can now get Oracle RAC on Linux (assuming you can afford it ;-), and in
several respects its easier to manage on Linux than on Sun....
