[ale] ATI Tv Wonder +linux

Working on getting the ati tv wonder going under RH 8 with bttv and
videodev.  All I'm getting so far in xawtv is colored, static-y lines at
the top.

Is anyone using this card?  Do you have any suggestions or tips (or
modules.conf contents)?
