[ale] *initial* password for FastAccess?

Each connection, initial or subsequent, uses the same userid/password
combination. The ISP ID it asks for is just a string to use to identify
where you are connecting to.

Using the PPPox connection process is not like the good old days of
needing to register the MAC address with the provider.

If you use a RedHat 8 system, they have a gui tool to setup a PPPox
connection. But I prefer the full-blown Roaring-Penguin release and the
command line setup.
