[ale] 3com 3c905 Full Duplex Question

I have a remote server that has a single 3com 3c905c NIC installed. I was
informed today that this NIC needs to be configured to FULL Duplex. NOT to
auto-negotiate. Now, I just need to know how to do this in linux. I am
running 8.0 on the server and I also need to know can this be done remotely
thru SSH?
