[ale] HOWTO install Java plugin for Netscape 7.02 ?

Greetings Again !

I can't seem to get the Netscape site to download & install Java, so I 
downloaded jre131_02.xpi myself.

How should this be installed for Netscape 7.02 which I guess is the same 
as Mozilla/5, please ?
