It does. I've had some problems with a past individual that could not
work well from remote. So I really base the individual on the ability
for it to work.
I'm located in Alpharetta.
To sync our operations, we use the following stuff:
1) Gaim
2) CVS
3) Mantis - Web/PHP/MySQL based bug tracking software.
4) Email
