[ale] can't connect to X / can't auto connect nfs

Check your /etc/ssh/sshd_config file, and make sure X forwarding is
enabled on the "server", and reload sshd.  Also, check your
/etc/ssh/ssh_config file to see if         ForwardX11 yes
is enabled.  If both are set, then X should forward automagically.

I have had similar issues, and ended up putting the server name and IP
in /etc/hosts.  No idea why that made a difference, but it did.
