[ale] SSH hang on exit

Its not an scp issue, its user error.  scp requires that you specify a
directory to place the file in.  So, if I want to copy a file from Box1
to Box2 in the users home dir, its "scp file.txt user at Box2:.", or if you
want to put it in somthing like /www, the command is "scp file.php
user at Box2:/www/".
