Drew,

In /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts, there should be a ifcfg- file for each
of your interfaces (ifcfg-eth0, ifcfg-eth1, etc.).  If not, you can copy
one of the others or create your own.  Here's the contents of my
ifcfg-eth0:

DEVICE=eth0
BOOTPROTO=none
BROADCAST=172.16.255.255
IPADDR=172.16.2.45
NETMASK=255.255.0.0
NETWORK=172.16.0.0
ONBOOT=yes
USERCTL=no
PEERDNS=no
GATEWAY=172.16.2.100
TYPE=Ethernet

Change that GATEWAY= to be the address of your gateway for this interface.
 That should do it.
