[ale] unusual amount of 'net attacks from .fr ?

When I worked at SecureWorks, one of the worst offenders that I saw in
the logs was wanadoo.fr. I've tried contacting them several times
personally because I get multiple expolit attempts from them every day,
and they never return calls or do anything about complaints.
