My 4-port Linksys KVM uses the Ctrl-Alt-Shift-1 then Enter to switch to
the first system, Ctrl-Alt-Shift-2 then Enter to switch to the second
system and so on.  The 2-port Linksys is simpler as it uses a double
strike of the Ctrl key to switch between the two ports.
