That's not a bad idea. I think I'll just drop all of France anyway. I
really don't care about them if they're going to act like they're our
ally/friend and then they go and stab us in the back over some Iraqi oil
(France has major contracts worked out with the Iraqi's WRT oil - that's
why they don't want us moving in).

|wanadoo.fr is a big ISP in France (they're the ISP for the major French
|phone company, I think). You will never get anywhere complaining
|about any abuse from them, and they're notorious as both a spam source
|and the source of attempted breakins. Your only real recourse is packet
|filtering, though you will block most of France if you do....
