John --

I was the one that mentioned it, and I am definitely interested. I've got
betterphp.org and betterphp.com just for that purpose, and plenty of box
space and bandwidth, and am happy to host the list and archives.

Anyone with experience setting up mailman, ezmlm or anything else with
exim I would be very interested to hear from. :)

John - if you want to host the list yourself, contact me. I will be happy
to provide whatever I can to get the list going.
