[ale] problems getting to some sites??

	SOMETIMES, traceroute mail.mindspring.com fails also, with the same two
routers ping-ponging each other.  Other times, I can get my mail just
fine.  Note that I have a mindspring account, but my cable modem is
AT&T/Comcast/who-are-they-today?.
