[ale] phpmyadmin

OK, well I guess I don't know how to configure it.  I think I'm missing
the connection that would let apache know how to execute php.  I did
install it and tried to point the web browser to the directory as the
skimpy instructions with myphpadmin.  It couldn't find it.
