[ale] how to make a windows sysadmin functional on Unix

The SGI courses on sysadmin and networking helped me alot for IRIX but
he needs alot of Unix book time and a test machine before he should
attempt to work on your production machines. If he makes the mistakes
I've made then your company would not be happy. Also, his inclination
will be to push for MS solutions since that is what he knows. You'll
need to take the president out to lunch and fill him in on what the guy
needs. ;-) Or, you might come in one morning and find MS Unix services
on new Win2003 servers for your backend and a XP Professional
workstation on your desk with Visual Basic and MS based Java development
software. =-O

Wouldn't that be a special morning when the coffee just wasn't quite so
tasty? :-D

Just kidding around here,
Dow

PS. And an Exchange server with no viral checking for the mail
services. This is after selling the boss on Outlook.
