[ale] installed Netscape7.1 and now browser background is green,UGH !

Then you may have a environment variable like MOZ_HOME or MOZILLA_HOME 
that is pointing to a different install of an old Netscape.  Also, your 
login may setup a X app_default path that leads X to find resource for 
the old Netscape and assign them to the new Mozilla.  So you don't find 
the all.js file at all?
