Likewise, I have several dozen bounced or refused which claim to be 
sent by webmaster@[business]. That's me. 
However, they all were sent using Outlook Express. I don't even have 
Windows on any of my computers, and if I did, I wouldn't have OE.

So, [business] is going to get irate complaints from some of its customers, 
claiming that [business] is sending them viruses. Of course, that's not true, 
but just try explaining that to a bunch of non-technical folks. 
So [business] may lose some customers because of this. 

Since there are sure to be literally thousands of businesses similarly 
affected, perhaps it's time for a class-action lawsuit against the people 
whose laxity allows things like this to happen.

Suppose Toyota, for example,  made all their cars with locks which could 
easily be opened with a toothpick. *Lots* of Toyotas would be stolen, and 
there would be hell to pay. Why should Microsoft be any different?
Would Toyota no longer be liable if they just put a disclaimer in their 
owners' manual saying "if someone steals your new car with a toothpick,
it's not OUR fault." ?
