[ale] Wanted: Recommendation on bookmark sharing

I'd like to find a tool that *automatically* share/synchronize bookmarks 
between Mozilla, and IE (yes, on Windows unfortunately) between browsers on 
the same machine, and different machines.

I know there are zillions of web-services, but I want something that will keep 
this information from leaving my LAN.  A linux based server component would 
be fine, if necessary.

Can anyone recommend something?
