[ale] Perl Modules

Use the CPAN module.

Hopefully you've olready got that installed or you'll have to manually
build and install it but then you can have it get the rest for you.


Once you have it you do:

perl -MCPAN -e shell;
  <This gives a shell like prompt>
install DBI <enter>
