So I guess it's just a coincidence that the dns record was
updated at 7:48 last night?  I thought they might be fixing a
problem on their end.

I'd be interested in seeing the output of a nat'ed box from the
command:

dig +identify +qr @dnsjm1.csplans.com mybenefits.csplans.com

If the info comes back to your nat'ed box, then perhaps your
browser or proxy info is at fault.  When did the problem start
anyway?  I guess it's a new site and you weren't using it a lot
prior to now?  I'm wondering if there could have been some single
change on your end that could have caused the problem.  Maybe
"Lucy" broke out of her Quake III game and fragged your browser
settings or something...
