Bob Toxen's Fly-By-Day Consulting offers this service at the level of 
inspection you require.  We didn't have a need for it or a fat budget 
but what we tried out works beautifully.  He could phone you if you 
wanted when problems cropped up.  Bob is a great consultant to work with 
so give him a call or email.
