	I'd put the $150 in a Roth IRA with Scottrade. So, no tax to worry 
about, for now. Trade no-load mutual fund only, no transacee fee on 
Scottrade. 
	Or bet big, pay $11 transaction fee on a limit order to buy ~45 
RHAT at $3/share.
