If you like RPM based distributions this sounds like a job for Trustix
(http://www.trustix.net) or
(ftp://ftp.trustix.net/pub/Trustix/pre-releases/tobe-trustix-2.0/) for
the latest pre-release. This is a server only distribution (no X) which
provides everything on your list except sendmail, it uses Postfix for
mail.
