Keep in mind that that `physical ram' also includes whatever display
ram that may have been mmapped into the process' address space.  At
home my box with a 128M GeForce Ti4400 shows a process size of 294M
with 30M real RAM used.  If you want to find out what's really being
used check out /proc/[pid]/maps.
