[ale] ok, i was really wrong (spamassassin + mailscanner)

So it turns out that mailscanner really seriously affects my ability to
use some of spamassassin's per-user settings.  I don't even see a way (in
mailscanner) to set up the RDBMS that spamassassin says you can use to
load individual settings.

Anybody ever tried this before?
