[ale] [OT]Weird Frozen Bubble Behavior

On further inspection...
it appears that whatever bubbles drop, if that color still exists on the
board, it pops back up and hits a row, breaking it.  I just finished
level 12 in like 2 shots.  Weird, yet cool.  Wonder if this is a bug for
"hidden feature"?  :)
