[ale] What is libstdc++-libc6?

$ rpm -q --whatprovides  libstdc++-libc6.1-1.so.2
compat-libstdc++-7.3-2.96.110

Michael, it's been so long since I installed QD that I can remember what I
had to do.  But installing the above package should be a start.
