[ale] FW: recording from tape to slackware 8.1 system

I got off of Slackware and went to SuSE 7.3 abt that command worked just
fine.  I may need to set up sox correctly or something on slackware 8.1.
Anyway I am recording away!  Thanks for the help.  I am looking forward to
install fest.

What does 'type sox' return?

rec is a symlink to 'play'

You can vi the file to see what's going on.  I suspect the seg fault is
from sox though.

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
